Who writes the Hylance guides, and how

Our blog guides are written by the platform's content team for small business owners and freelancers in the Arab world, and are published in Arabic. These are the rules we write by, and how to tell us if you find a mistake.

Who we write for, and about what

We write for people who buy a service for their business and for people who sell a service built on their skills. The guide topics are the market's own categories: programming, design, marketing, writing, video, audio, AI, business and consulting. We pick topics from what comes up again and again in orders on the platform: what a buyer needs to prepare before ordering, and what a seller needs to make clear in their service.

Writing rules

Practical steps before theory

Each guide answers one question a small business owner or freelancer faces. It opens with a short summary, then gives steps you can carry out the same day.

No invented numbers or quotes

We never publish a statistic without a source or attribute words to someone who did not say them. When we quote a price, it is the price of a service listed on the platform on the day the guide was written, and the text says so.

A clear date on every guide

The publication date appears at the top of every guide, and if its content changes later, the date of the last update appears next to it.

Deal on the platform

No guide ever advises contacting or paying anyone outside the platform, because protecting both sides depends on the agreement and the delivery staying on record in the order.

Found a mistake?

If you spot inaccurate information, a price that has changed or a step that no longer works, tell us through the contact page with a link to the guide. We review the note, correct the text and update its date.
