Launch offer: 10% off your first order

The buyer pays 90% of the service price on their first service order on Hylance. Hylance covers the discount out of its commission, so the seller receives their full earnings as if the order were at its original price. A cancelled order does not count, so the discount stays available for a later order. The offer applies to services only and does not cover digital assets.

Commission on successful deals only

The commission is deducted automatically when a deal completes successfully and the buyer confirms receipt. Cancelled deals carry no fees at all.

No hidden or extra fees

Listing your services and assets and creating offers on the platform is 100% free. These fees cover the secure payment gateways, the deal protection system and support.

Refund and compensation policy

Conditions for refunds and resolving problems with deals.

Hylance escrow protection

Every transaction goes through the escrow system, which holds the payment until the buyer confirms they received the service or asset and that it fully matches the listed specifications.

When the buyer is entitled to compensation and a full refund

  • The seller does not deliver the service or asset within the agreed time.
  • The digital asset's details are wrong or have been changed so that signing in or transferring ownership is impossible.
  • The service or asset materially fails to match the specifications in the listing (such as different traffic or income figures, or an incomplete scope of work).
  • The asset is recovered by the seller, or its ownership withdrawn, after the sale and within the set protection period.
  • The buyer's account or store is banned right away because of prohibited methods the seller used (such as fake followers or banned automation software).

When a refund is not due

  • Buying the service or asset by mistake after it was delivered and activated successfully.
  • The account or asset is banned because of the buyer's own actions after receipt (such as breaking the original platform's terms).
  • The buyer changes their mind after receiving the complete order as described.
  • Complaints and claims made after the deal's official free or extended warranty period has ended.

Digital asset selling rules

Strict instructions and conditions for listing and selling online stores, domains and accounts.

1. Delivery with full access

Selling shared or rented assets, or assets without a primary email address linked to them that can be changed and handed over to the buyer, is strictly prohibited. We strongly recommend using globally trusted email providers (such as Gmail, Outlook and Proton) to avoid disputes that will be rejected.

2. Recovery details

The seller must hand over all available recovery details (the original sign-up email, old passwords, security questions, and the payment methods used for past subscriptions) so the buyer's ownership is fully secure.

Online stores

The seller must state the platform the store runs on (such as Salla, Zid, Shopify or WooCommerce), attach real traffic and sales figures for the last 3 months, and fully transfer ownership of the subscription and its linked domain.

Domains and websites

The seller must hand over the transfer code (Auth Code), unlock the domain at the registrar, state the subscription's expiry date, and hand over any files or databases linked to the website.

Social media accounts and pages

Current follower and engagement figures must be shown accurately. Selling accounts grown with fake followers or automation software is prohibited, and the primary email and recovery tools must be handed over and two-factor authentication turned off before the transfer.

Digital asset warranty policy

Details of the free warranty and the extended warranty on assets and accounts.

1. Free basic warranty (5 days)

Every digital asset sold on Hylance comes with a free 5-day warranty. During this period, if anything goes wrong with the asset (such as the previous owner taking it back, or a ban caused by the seller's violation), you can open a dispute and get your money back in full.

2. Extended warranty (3 or 6 months)

Some approved sellers offer an extended warranty of 3 or 6 months for a small extra fee at checkout. If the asset is taken back during the extended warranty period, the Hylance team investigates the problem within 3 to 5 business days, and once it is verified and approved, the buyer is compensated for the asset's full value.

3. Warranty disclaimer

The warranty does not cover problems caused by the buyer's misuse of the asset (such as breaking the original platform's terms, changing the recovery details incorrectly, or contacting the original platform's support and reporting that the account was bought, which leads to it being closed).

General seller rules

General guidelines and conditions every seller on Hylance must follow.

Important notice and violations

Breaking these rules or trying to get around them exposes the seller's account to temporary suspension or a permanent ban from the platform, and to forfeiture of pending balances to compensate those affected.

1. Delivering orders on time

  • The seller accepts a new order within 48 hours of receiving it; otherwise it is cancelled automatically and the full amount returns to the buyer's wallet.
  • The seller must deliver the complete order within the delivery time stated in the service or offer details, counted from the moment they accept the order.
  • After delivery, the buyer has 7 days to confirm receipt or open a dispute; otherwise the order completes automatically and the amount is transferred to the seller's balance.
  • If delivery is late or part of the order cannot be delivered, the seller must coordinate with the buyer and get their approval first, in the order chat on the platform.
  • Marking an order as delivered before actually delivering it counts as fraud, and the buyer may cancel the deal and get a full refund.

2. Prohibited practices

  • Scams and fraud: Hylance has zero tolerance for any attempt at fraud, and anyone who attempts it is permanently banned.
  • Outside contact: exchanging outside contact details (such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord or phone numbers) is prohibited. All conversations must stay on the platform so the deal is on record.
  • Payment outside the platform: any discussion of, or attempt to ask for, payment outside Hylance leads to an immediate ban and loss of escrow protection.
  • Respect for members: stay professional and courteous with buyers and the support team. Insults and threats of any kind are prohibited.

3. Handling disputes

  • When a dispute is opened, the seller must reply and provide conclusive evidence (delivery files, screenshots or a video recording) within 24 hours at most for services, and 12 hours for digital assets.
  • If the seller does not respond within that time, Hylance's administration may close the dispute in the buyer's favor and refund the buyer in full.
  • The order chat stops when a dispute is opened, and the other party sends one reply with their evidence from the dispute section of the order page.
  • Only what happened on the platform counts in a dispute: the order chat and its attachments before the dispute, and the dispute reason and the reply to it. Agreements made outside Hylance are not accepted as evidence.
  • The Hylance team settles a dispute with one of three outcomes: a full refund to the buyer, payment of what is due to the seller, or closing the dispute and returning the order to where it was. The decision is final.
  • An order whose dispute was settled by the Hylance team cannot be reviewed, because the outcome was the team's decision, not the buyer's experience.

4. Additional conditions for sellers

  • Sellers must be at least 18 years old to create and verify an account and sell services or assets.
  • Only one seller account is allowed per person or team. Using multiple accounts to get around penalties exposes all of the accounts to a ban.
