About this service
You receive a ready-made table with five selected numbers for your project to track every month, such as sales, average order value, customer acquisition cost, and returning customer rate, with how to calculate each number and where to get it from, so you can know in minutes whether your project is improving or declining. Includes: reviewing the nature of your project and the numbers you provide, selecting five performance indicators (numbers that measure the health of the project) suitable for its stage, and a Google Sheets or Excel table with a column for each month and formulas that calculate the indicators and color declines, plus a short explanation page for each indicator: what it means, where to get its number, and what it means if it rises or falls. It does not include automatic connection of the table to your store or accounting software, nor preparing financial statements or tax returns. What I need from you: a brief description of your project and sales method, the numbers from the last three available months (sales, number of orders, and marketing spend), and what concerns you about the project’s performance.
