You get a job ad that attracts the right applicants and filters out the rest: the real job tasks, what is required and what is preferred, working hours and location, and how to apply. It also includes a criteria table to score resumes with the same standards for each applicant, so the selection does not rely on impressions. Includes: drafting the ad in Arabic (and English if you want) using AI, human review to remove vague phrases or wording that may exclude applicants for reasons unrelated to the job, and a criteria table with 6 to 8 items and their weights. What I need from you: the job title, what the employee will do in their first week, and the salary or range if you want to include it.
