You receive one table comparing up to 30 applicants for your job, showing for each applicant what matches your requirements and what is missing, with a suggested ranking of the best fit and a brief reason, so you can choose who to interview in minutes instead of reading every file. Includes: AI reading of the resumes and manual review of the result, extracting years of experience, education, skills, languages, and city, comparing them with the job requirements you send, classifying each applicant as suitable, possible, or not matching, three suggested interview questions for each of the top five candidates, and delivering the table in Excel and Google Sheets format. It does not include contacting applicants, conducting interviews, or verifying certificates or experience, and the final hiring decision is yours. What I need from you: the job description and its basic and preferred requirements, and the resumes in PDF or Word format (up to 30 files), plus any non-negotiable requirement. Delivery: the table in the order message within two days of receiving the files, with one revision round. I do not keep the resumes after the order is closed.
